Our Program Management delivery model is CMMI-based and our experience ranges to all levels of programs through ACAT I and III.

Our use of integrated schedules and work breakdown with task decomposition and solution structure clearly maps task requirements to our personnel skills and experience.

Our personnel are career professionals and over 70 percent have prior federal civil service or have prior military service in acquisition related functions and we have over 10 years delivering A&AS related services in government workspaces – we understand OCI from both sides.

Under ACCESS, The Paragon Team will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the accomplishment of the goals, objectives and priorities of AFMC organizations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Primary organizations are:

• Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC)
• Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL)
• Air Force Global Logistics Support Center (AFGLSC)
• Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT)
• National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC)

The Paragon Team ACCESS Support

Paragon is a Prime contractor on the AFMC ASC ACCESS Contract. Paragon’s Governance and Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) Program Management Office (PMO) Support services organization has successfully implemented best practices solutions and provides ACCESS-similar support at the Department of Defense (DOD), the US Department of Treasury, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) US Visit, Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), and US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). We have assessed streamlined, trained, established, and operated PMO organizations for multiple clients in the public and private sectors.
